Wild or cultivated mushrooms and lichens from wild strains

Following the request of several chefs, I offer a whole range of mixtures of dried mushrooms and edible lichens.

Mushrooms are harvested in Ardèche, Haute Loire and Savoie, in a responsible manner, protecting species and biotopes.

The basket of seasons

This mixture of more than 80 edible species of dried mushrooms, harvested from spring to winter, subtly accompanies all your dishes and can also be reduced to powder to thicken sauces.

Lichens like Pseudevernia or Evernia are collected on the ground (fallen from the trees with the wind) and for the others I respect a rotation of at least 5 years and only take a tiny quantity.
